Robotics, automation & physical AI

Build a considered pathway from automation idea to validated pilot.

Illustrative concept imagery

CRG explores robotics and physical AI as part of its industrial technology direction. We welcome discussions with manufacturers, technology holders and engineering partners about practical automation opportunities, integration requirements and pilot development.

Choose a bounded use case

Start with a repeatable task such as component inspection, handling or a defined production step. Document cycle time, tolerances, environmental conditions and the people who interact with the process.

Connect perception, decisions and action

Physical AI links sensing and computational decisions with physical equipment. A credible project must address perception quality, control interfaces, mechanical constraints and the consequences of an incorrect action.

Plan integration and engineering review

Assess the workcell, equipment interfaces, guarding, operator training and maintenance access with qualified engineering partners. Hardware, controls, commissioning and conformity requirements must be scoped for each project.

Use Studio for records and evidence

Studio can organise assets, work orders, inspection records and review decisions around a development programme. It does not directly control robots and is not a general physics simulator. Concept visuals on this website illustrate the direction rather than completed installations.

Questions answered

What you need to know.

What does physical AI mean?

Physical AI describes AI systems that interact with the physical world through sensors, robotics or other equipment. A deployment combines software models with engineered hardware, controls and safety processes.

Can I control a robot from Cybatar Riovic Studio?

No. Studio currently supports operational records, analytical scenarios and review workflows. Robot control, hardware integration and commissioning require a separately scoped engineering solution.
