Privacy notice

When you submit an enquiry on the live CRG website, your name, organisation, email address, optional phone number, project details, selected enquiry area and referring page are sent to the website’s enquiry service. These details are used to assess and respond to your request. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential technical files through this form.

If the enquiry service is configured, it passes your enquiry to CRG’s designated email inbox through the hosting provider’s mail service. A confirmation means the mail service accepted the message; it does not prove final inbox delivery. If the service is unavailable, the form reports that your enquiry was not sent.

The enquiry endpoint does not store message bodies in a separate website database. It uses a keyed hash of the connection IP address and temporary timestamps to limit spam; expired rate-limit records are removed after 24 hours during subsequent requests. Your hosting and email providers may also retain their normal service logs and mailbox records. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

For questions about information you have supplied, including correction or removal requests, contact CRG and include your enquiry reference where available. The website does not install a third-party analytics pixel in this release.
